Reservation Fees

• $50.00 Application fee per applicant
• $200.00 Earnest money, billed upon approval

Earnest money is billed as an administrative fee and reserves the unit, price, and term
Reservation fees are not refundable

Security Deposit Options

• $262.50 non-refundable fee paid to Sure Deposit for a $1,500 bond
• $500.00 refundable security deposit

Applicants will elect to pay one or the other
Conditional credit applicants will be required to purchase a bond and pay a deposit

Pet Policies

• $200.00 initial non-refundable Pet Fee, per pet
• $200.00 refundable Pet Deposit, per pet
• $15.00 to $30.00 Monthly Pet Rent, per pet

Monthly pet rent is determined by the pet screening results

Utilities

Paid with rent:

• Water, variable based upon occupancy and SF
• $74.75 monthly fee for trash, sewer, stormwater, pest control, and a utility billing fee
• Common Area Gas, split equally between all occupied units

Paid to the utility provider:

• Electric
• Gas
